Farrah Bostic, Digital Strategy

She has been called a “storytelling strategist” and an “insights-driven implementer.”  Farrah Bostic is a Brooklyn-based, Oregon-bred strategist who creates ground breaking digital, social and mobile experiences.

A copywriter, planner, brand strategist and design innovator, she has worked for some of the world’s best agencies—Wieden + Kennedy, TBWA\Chiat\Day, Mad Dogs & Englishmen and Digitas— and with brand giants like Apple, Microsoft, Samsung, American Express, and NBC-Universal

As Senior Vice President, Consumer Immersion, at the Innovation Center of Excellence at OTX, she developed digital and social tools for online qualitative research.  Farrah was Vice-President/Group Planning Director and strategy lead on the mobile practice team at Digitas New York.

Today, Farrah is the founder of The Difference Engine, a responsive strategy and design consultancy.  Working with agencies and brands, she is pioneering new customer engagement and acquisition strategies, interactive product and service designs, and innovation and continuous improvement systems.
